of Development, Pauline Cogburn has witnessed the need for agencies and organizations that can address the unique issues of these groups. As a result, she has been an advocate for the development of OKC and looks to be an integral part in the establishment of the new agency. In her role as the director of the OKC, Pauline will be responsible for all aspects of the organization. She will oversee the hiring process, services and programs offered by the OKC. Additionally, Pauline will be one of the key individuals responsible for implementing the vision and mission of GIFTED Healthcare.
In her role as a professional traveling nurse, Pauline will also be responsible for selecting and arranging travel nurses who will be participating in the activities of the traveling nurse community in OKC. As a participant in a community organization, a participating nurse may visit and participate in the different projects and events hosted by the organization. This will provide them with a hands-on experience in the various issues that face OKC residents and the people that work there. Pauline is passionate about the need to support these projects so that everyone can benefit from them. In her role as a traveling nurse, she will be able to serve as a resource for concerned organizations and concerned professionals who are interested in the work she is doing.
In her position as the director of communications for GIFTED Healthcare, Pauline will also be involved in creating strategy for communications. The main tasks of her position include working with the media and other agencies to promote the growth and development of the OKC. It is expected that the OKC will receive greater investment as a result of this strategy. One of the chief benefits of working as a member of staff for GIFTED Healthcare is that it allows you to practice your creativity. You will have a lot of fun while exploring all the exciting new roles and challenges that you will encounter.
